]]> God makes his people strong. God gives his people peace.- Psalm 29:11 (The Message)

Have you ever been mesmerized by a sudden storm? The sky dark as night. Strong winds shaking houses, breaking trees. Blinding bolts of lightning. Deafening thunder crashes. Perhaps even now a storm is overtaking you, leaving you more alarmed than amazed. If so, Psalm 29 is a great reminder that His voice is over the storm, speaking through it to proclaim His majesty and power (Psalm 29:3-4). When today’s storm taxes your strength, God’s there to make you strong. When it leaves you unsettled and anxious, He’s there to give you peace.
