The HR Executive Forum is a professional membership organization for human resource professionals in the Twin Cities offering presentations on strategic, leading edge topics with an eye to practical application.

I’ll be speaking about how to maintain strategic margin as a leader. My talk, Strategic Margin Essentials: Moving from Reactive Fire-fighting to Creative Strategic Leadership, will explore the five elemental practices we can put in place to enhance our creative leadership.
