Everyone can benefit from having great mentors. They’re not as hard to come by as you might think. Here are some strategies you can use to find and cultivate some great ones.

Great advice — concise, practical, realistic. I suggest two minor additions. Put a specific time frame on initial conversations — how long, how often. Provide specific feedback on your experience with the mentor’s advice — results achieved and obstacles encountered.
