Mark Twain once remarked, “I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.” Most of what we worry about never comes to pass either.

For all the energy expended on it, anxiety keeps us frozen in our tracks. Because of it, we’re less likely to try something different. We’re less likely to take risks to learn. And we’re less likely to live out the great stuff God put inside us.
