How true. And how convicting. I’m embarrassed by the commitments I have broken over the years. The ones I’ve made to myself are especially painful.
In the latest episode of the Reinventure Me podcast, my co-host Armin Assadi and I discuss How to get better at keeping commitments. It’s something that he and I have often wrestled with. Most high-achievers, or those seeking to really push themselves, will have their bouts of missed commitments.
