How to get better at keeping commitments [podcast]

How to get better at keeping commitments

In the latest episode of the Reinventure Me podcast, my co-host Armin Assadi and I discuss How to get better at keeping commitments. It’s something that he and I have often wrestled with. Most high-achievers, or those seeking to really push themselves, will have their bouts of missed commitments.

Like anything, however, keeping commitments is something we can all get better at doing. Armin and I share some strategies we’ve learned along the way from the many missed commitments we’ve had. You’ll find our latest episode on the web or on iTunes and Stitcher Radio.
