How to change your critical life assumptions [podcast]

You wouldn’t be a very good business leader if you didn’t examine the assumptions upon which your business is dependent. So, why not similarly examine your critical life assumptions?

How to change your critical life assumptions

In this week’s episode of the Reinventure Me podcast, my co-host Armin Assadi and I discuss How to change your critical life assumptions. We all have assumptions—perhaps hundreds of them—about how our life is supposed to work. Some were learned from our parents. Others we crafted from significant influencers or events in our lives. Taken together, these critical life assumptions form a paradigm from which we make a million decisions, many of them subconsciously. In this episode, we discuss how to identify and change our critical life assumptions.

Take some time out to look under the hood. Discover what assumptions might be driving some of the decisions you make—or avoid making.  You’ll find some helpful suggestions on how to do that in our latest show located on the web or on iTunes and Stitcher Radio.

Comment below: Have you reviewed your critical life assumptions lately? If so, what did you learn from them?
