How to create a culture of encouragement [podcast]

Everyone needs encouragement. Often.

Yet, even more often, especially in fast-paced environments, encouragement can be hard to come by. What if you could be the cultural change agent? What if your actions might stimulate a movement among your co-workers to encourage one another?

encouragement
That’s the topic that my co-host, Armin Assadi, and I talk about in this week’s episode of the Reinventure Me podcast. In our How to create a culture of encouragement episode we discuss the three attributes of really meaningful encouragement and offer three steps to begin the change you want to see in the organization in which you serve.

If you’re in a toxic environment, or perhaps you just want to be a more encouraging person, you’ll find some ideas in this episode that will help you transform the culture in which you work, worship or learn. Check out our latest episode on the web or on iTunes and Stitcher Radio.
